Mother Mary stood in the doorway of my room one night when sleep evaded me. I was going through a particularly rough time in school. The peace I felt in her presence was transformative. Shortly after as I laid in bed, I asked if God was real. If Source was real, I wanted to hear a click on my window - a second later there was a loud thump on my window and I found myself searching out where this God lived for many years.
My journey into the world of energetics, spirituality, and quantum physics dropped into my lap with my firstborn. the birth of my oldest son. It That moment was the first time I heard my Soul speak. It was the first time I heard his Soul speak. I heard clearly that I knew him and heard him say he knew me too. It was the kind of Our exchange had such pure clarity I didn’t question, as the knowing reverberated through my body.
This was what I came to know, and treasure, as a channeling…a gift from a higher source whether that be my Soul, his Soul, Source or other benevolent voice of grace, love and wisdom.
For a few minutes, time stood still.
It was as if I unplugged from the limited human state of consciousness and connected into the greater Mind of all that is. That moment altered me forever. I had no words, or understanding, for what occurred.
There was a period of time we lost our connection. As he and I struggled, I felt the weight of failure and shame. The deep connection we shared began to fade, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was failing him. In search of peace, I turned to breathwork to quiet the endless mind chatter. Meditation brought me calm and clarity, guiding me to explore energy and emotion.
With my background as a Cardiac Sonographer, I already understood how emotions affected heart function. I had seen firsthand how stress, fear, and anxiety could harm the body, while positive emotions promoted healing. This understanding sparked my curiosity about energy, leading me to quantum physics. I realized that everything, from atoms to stars, is made of energy vibrating at different frequencies. The more I studied, the clearer it became: our emotions and thoughts emit frequencies that shape our reality.
Years later, I meditated, connecting with Kaden’s Soul. He told me it was time to help others, that he was ready to guide their healing. I replied, "You already have—you’ve healed me."
He then explained that before we could help others, I had to heal first. The wounds I carried within me affected his ability to thrive. He led me through a journey of internal unity consciousness, teaching me to become a new kind of human. Together, we rewired our neural networks, bringing his Spirit more fully into his body. He helped me remember that God, Source, was not something outside of me, but my very origin—within me all along.
My children are my inspiration…
